Do I Have to Sell Anything as an Agent?
Not at all. Once you make a referral, our sales reps will follow up with them.

How Do I Make a Referral?
Approved Advocate Rewards Agents list the contact information of potential customers through a referral portal.

Will I Get Updates About My Referrals?
Yes. You’ll get emails throughout the sales process. You’ll also have a dashboard that displays a running tally of the number of referrals you’ve made, as well as the rewards you’ve received.
Can Anyone Become an Agent?
Just about. At this time, national telecom resellers and aggregators are not eligible.

What is Considered a Qualified Referral?
Your referrals can not have been a Sparklight Business customer within 90 days of your referral submission. They must also sign a contract for a minimum 12-month term within 60 calendar days of your referral submission.

What is Considered a Successful Referral?
A referral that has signed-up for a qualified service with a minimum 12-month service, has their service installed and meets their 35-day retention period from date of installation. Once those requirements are met, you will receive your reward.

How is My Reward Paid Out?
You will have the opportunity to choose from a one-time digital gift card or direct bank transfer to receive your reward.
